WEST CENTRAL FLA. (CITRUS COUNTY) ON THE GULF. TORNADO WARNINGS UP. THAT 1005 LOW IN THE GOM IS HEADING OUR WAY. THAT'S THE LOWEST PRESSURE I'VE SEEN HERE IN A LONG TIME.

I actually just found a pressure of 29.59. Don't have my conversion chart here. How many millibars would that be?. Also, sustained winds of 33 mph and gusts to 40 mph. Weather will be rough here tonight. Been windy all day. See link for yourself.

Lindaloo there is a low pressure riding thru the frontal boundary but no tropical development is expected.

Dixie. I'm also in the Tampa area. Wow. The wave height at 3:00 is "Gulp". 14 FT. Not a good day for water activities.

Cane, just noticed we're now under a flood watch here, along with the tornado watch. So far, it's been quite dark and overcast with occasional sprinkles, but nothing more.

The Tornado Watch that expired at 5:00pm EST was reissued around 4:30pm EST... in effect until 10:00pm EST.

Pressure here plummeted to 29.71 inches, but has risen slightly to 29.74 in the last couple hours.

This low pressure system is a frontal low; it is attached to the cold front/warm front.

We're supposed to get some gale force winds this evening as the front pushes through W and NW Fla. Radar shows the storms right on the edge of the gulf. Hope my PC stays on!
