Looking real good. Seems to have all the ingredients needed to take off. Def would not be surprised to see H. Watches if it keeps going at this rate.

Never thought I'd see that in the description of a borderline TS

I had asked earlier if this storm will get stronger will it not go more Northward.
Not likely. After it moves WNW for a while, Its track bends west and wsw. It's not a myth to believe that the stronger storm wants to go more poleward, because that is often the case. Sometimes stronger storms go more westerly too. It depends on the situation and where they are. Hanna is blocked east and north, so doesn't have much of a choice.

One of my favorite loops for tracking obscured LLC's .... anything that is not a cloud is just the background.

I'll honestly be surprised if we don't make it to the greek letters at this pace.

Pretty decent south shift in the NHC track. Big implications for Corpus.

Also for Houston. We were likely getting a decent amount of rain, now?

Some rain yes but as it shifts further south the amounts will decrease, unless tomorrow it shifts back north. just need to keep an eye on the sites.

Maybe an inch or two depending on how far east and south you are. It tapers off pretty quickly. Most of North TX is under high pressure and almost completely dry the next 3 days. So the gradient on the QPF Forecast goes pretty quick from a ton of rain on the coast to not that much as you get inland in SETX. Obviously South TX is a different story. We'll see what the globals think. ICON, which has done better than all the globals and had Hanna on the map days before any of the others, is running now. Then GFS/CMC/European as far as rainfall totals. We'll see what they say.
