18z Euro trying hard to avoid DFW airport and Dallas County lol

Now the question is does this band lifting up out of the SW along the 700mb frontogenesis make it into DFW or slide off to the East? Unfortunately, there is currently no 00z FWD sounding.

That’s awesome! It’s still too warm to have snow, but radar is starting to light up with it. What do you think South Texas Storms?

Although it isn’t snowing very heavy here (more light) it is expected to snow around midnight. Time for an all nighter! :P

BTW, a little late to post (was trying to get out of work when it hit) but I can confirm it snowed in Ponder (where I live) and Denton (where I work). Quite nice driving home in snow.

Not nearly what we had a few weeks ago but still exciting.

My family is getting jealous that we've had two snows.

Here's to hoping February is kind to all of us and ends the snow drought.

Almost freezing here (33F) lets hope it gets cold enough for full on snow rather than a mix :?:

On the WAPP video earlier they showed a sounding from earlier as to why we had rain over snow/sleet. Talked about the warm nose. Pretty cool seeing that stuff on TV.
