Looks pretty good right now, especially for this time of year. Convection trying to pop. Let's see if it's there tomorrow

Indeed it is. And to my layman's eye, this morning's visibles seem to show an associated circulation. May turn out to be nada. Interesting nevertheless.

Convection is now developing between 45 and 50 west. Should this warrants a change of title?

How strong is the shear ahead of this blow-up?
