Bonnie now the woman that accuses him will have to testifie and we will see her face as she has been out of the cameras and also when she sits and testifies she must tell the truth so it will be interesting to see what happens.

I'm not surprised that it's going to trial. At least we will hear the truth about what really happened.

Yeah, but who's version of the truth? We will still hear two different stories.

Cycloneye,
I thought I heard that the judge won't make her come into the courtroom. Was that only for the preliinary?

Listening to some of what I heard this morning, I am not sure there is a reason to go to trial. The woman waited for Kobe after hours and wasn 't in his room till 4 hours after she gets off work. She snuck past his body guards to get to him. Sounds to me like she got in over her head and is looking for a way out??? I still stand by my statement that if she once truly said no, stop then it is rape.

It sound like this woman has some serious problems. Doesn't she realize he's a man like every other man? He puts on his pants once leg at a time like the other guys. So what if he can play ball? Why is there such an obsession with sports figures? I wonder if she went after him for the bragging rights or the money, initially.
