Don't hold back with the counselor. Get it all out in the open. My prayers are with you.

Well.. I had another meeting with the counselor/therapist yesterday and it went OK. I didn't shed very many tears but I talked a lot. She thinks I may already be slowly getting better..

I was supposed to have a friend of mine make a doctors' appointment for me and she still hasn't done so. We shall see what happens though.

A lot of people are telling me I don't need a doctor and I'm just going through a longer than normal rough spot.

See the doctor...let him/her tell you that you are going through a rough spot. My "rough spot" last a year before I saw someone.

Just be open and honest with the counselor. If he/she is saying that you might be already getting better and you don't feel that way, let them know!

It wouldn't hurt to see a doctor also to rule out anything physically and to get a second opinion.

Thank you Stephanie.. I really don't believe I am getting better yet.. Maybe a tad better but not noticable progress yet
