The silver lining is that Houston hasn't really had any rain for 2 days now. Everything is saturated, but in looking around the area, the reservoirs and creeks seem like they can handle a pretty good bit of rain.

The brazos was high before tuesday, it really cant. All the rain from the last couple weeks in the Brazos river valley has made its way down here and the timing is horrible. It crested today though, which is great news.

What is this cool air??? Feels like October...

Hoping it is a sign that summer is going to be a cool one to remember.

The boundary has stalled out literally just a couple miles to my north. They’ve been getting drilled with hail and torrential rain 5 minutes up the road from me for the past 2 hours now and nothing here but an extreme lightning show.
