No Nick but maybe WCaribbean

At this point in the tropical season, the western Caribbean is a place to watch, as far as tropical development. There is a wave along 82 west, south of 19 north, and there is a cluster of thunderstorms near the coast of the Yucatan, but at this point, there is nothing at all organized.

I don't believe chances of development in the western Caribbean
in the next 2 to 4 weeks and even 4 to 6¼ weeks are that low.

We've seen some (fairly) promising looking stuff already, but nothing has been able to persist as of yet. That's all we're waiting for... persistance...
