On my porch witnessing a T-storm blowing up from the south. Nothing severe, just some nice mother nature footage.

Looks like the coats may be coming out of storage if the forecast for next weekend into the next week holds :cold:

But before that, possibly a severe weather threat on Tuesday

What a game by the Longhorns, I'm hoping they run the table(In case yall couldn't tell I'm still a fan lol.) Heck I wouldn't be surprised if they could beat OSU right now xD.

It was really hot at the game and the fairgrounds yesterday. Now this is weather related. :)

Incredible game to watch, the momentum swings were amazing.

The SPC has has a large part of North Texas in the slight risk category for Tuesday. Something to keep an eye on, the ingredients will be here - moisture, lift and shear.

LOL! No, I was not. While not out of the realm of possibility, I think the severe stuff for the most part stays to our north and impacts our friends in the Metroplex.

Now TexasF6, I am considering issuing a Freezing Drizzle Watch for this winter for Austin.

I will say this about the cold weather. Me personally, I don’t really care for it much. I can tolerate the heat much better than I can the cold. Not only that, but also when cold fronts start coming in I tend to end up getting a cold or some sinus infection or something and I think it’s because of the big temperature changes. It’s like clockwork for me. Every year starting from October through March I’ll end up getting sick at least once to as much as 5 times on occasion. Rarely ever do I get sick any other time of the year. Now saying all that, I think it’s really awesome when a huge artic blast comes in and we get bone chilling temps or snow. I can honestly say that excites the you know what out of me, but that’s only because I’m a big weather enthusiast and extreme weather events excite me very much. Sounds like a contradictive story, but that’s just where I stand on this topic
