Bizarre Accident Reports

#1 Postby southerngale » Wed Oct 15, 2003 12:44 am

[Actual quotes from those involved]

"I thought my window was down, but found it was up when I
put my hand through it."

"The pedestrian had no idea which direction to go, so I ran
over him."

"I had been driving for 40 years when I fell asleep at the
wheel and had an accident."

"A pedestrian hit me and went under my car."

"I pulled away from the side of the road, glanced at my
mother-in-law, and headed over the embankment."

"I was trying to get out of the ambulance's way when I hit
the pedestrian on the sidewalk."

"The guy was all over the road. I had to swerve a number of
times before I hit him."

"I saw the slow-moving, sad-faced old gentleman as he boun-
ced off the hood of my car."

"I collided with a stationary truck coming the other way."

The posts or stuff said are NOT an official forecast and my opinion alone. Please look to the NHC and NWS for official forecasts and products.

Model Runs Cheat Sheet:
GFS (5:30 AM/PM, 11:30 AM/PM)
HWRF, GFDL, UKMET, NAVGEM (6:30-8:00 AM/PM, 12:30-2:00 AM/PM)
ECMWF (1:45 AM/PM)
TCVN is a weighted averaged

Opinions my own.
