JB's famous last words...Let it ride..

#1 Postby DESTRUCTION5 » Wed Oct 15, 2003 7:46 am

Whats funny about something like this is no matter how much research or how close that landfall forecast is, its luck to some. I THINK IT WOULD BE LUCK FOR FLORIDA IF SOMETHING DOESNT HIT THEM BEFORE ITS OVER. But that is because a person not looking at what I am doing would naturally try to dismiss it, just as I would try to defend it. In any case I think this whole pattern is on the way to some real excitement.

This is a quote from Joe Bastardi's post for today..He in my opinion is the greatest Meteoroligst in the word wheather people bash him or not his timing is not always 100% but if he says something is going to form in a certain loacation 9 of 10 times it will...and when he puts ideas in ALL CAPS look out..He is confident...

Yeah, but if you read this thread a new person or myself does not know what the heck you're talking about. Were you refering to Nick or the pattern or some new development? BTW, Nick is a bit further north than my initial position, but still moving 280/290.

I am interested to see what he says because it doesn't seem likely in the near term..CLOUDINESS AND SHOWERS OVER THE SOUTHWESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA AND
EXTENDING INLAND OVER HONDURAS AND NICARAGUA ARE MOVING WESTWARD AT
ABOUT 10 MPH. TROPICAL CYCLONE DEVELOPMENT IS NOT EXPECTED DUE TO
LAND INTERACTION. But there is still time in the season and thats the place to watch

DESTRUCTION5 - It's probably best not to post JB's entire discussion anyway, since it is supposed to be available only to those who pay for Accu-weather Professional.

Yeah, that's not a good idea. Probably just better to give the jist or paraphrase.
