12 UTC UKMET jumps on caribbean system

Scroll down the link and you will see the positions of the area in the caribbean that the model tracks.On the other hand it has iniciated TD#19 badly as the inicial position is 12.0n but as we know it is way more south of that 9.6N so this run of UKMET for TD#19 is not good.

Not really much fanfare with the UKMET on that run.
