Moving northwest and YES...conditions appear to be favorable for development. But I don't think this will be anything more than a TD as it pass our area, for now I am not expecting a tropical storm or anything worst than that, however the rain event for PR will be one of big proportions...If you see the doppler radar link that I posted above and click the long range moviloop you'll see what appear to be a center of rotation just southeast of Saint Croix...

Please keep us informed if you find anything new about this disturbance...I have a photograpy job to do that will take me a couple of hours but I will try to be back tonight and post for you about how are our weather conditions.
