Lucky. Areas around Austin and SA have had less than 1 inch so far this year. Wish yall in north TX would share some rain with us moisture starved folks here.
Since yall decided to be greedy and keep all the rain up there for this event, we won't be sharing any snow with yall. Better luck next winter!

Quite a bit colder behind the front, which is south of Huntsville now (51 there). Quite chilly in the Panhandle (mid-teens). GFS keeps the cold air north of central Houston. WRF & NAM bring the cold air through this afternoon with temps dropping into the 50s. I think the GFS is wrong. Still lots of heavy rain west of Austin, perhaps you'll get more rain there today.
That front just arrived in NW Harris County. My temperature is down to 60F now and falling.

I joked with him he just sent 20lbs of fertilizer down the drain and into Ray Hubbard. Even though I was joking with him, I was dead serious. It likely washed out into the street and down the drain which goes straight to Ray Hubbard. Our soils were already saturated and all 4.86" of this was runoff.
