Flooding looks really bad again for SE TX and SW LA so far. Very strange track.

I've never seen a track like this. It barely moves in 3 days..nuts!

Good momentum. Now it's offshore of Galveston Bay at 980 next Monday evening.

So it just hangs around the TX coast for 3 or 4 days..crazy.

00z Euro about to make a landfall into LA at hour 150. Down to 977mb.

Edit: 975mb landfall over LA with 90kt winds.

Too broad of a time gap but it looks like second landfall roughly around Orange, TX and moves up N along the TX/LA border. Night.

Widespread totals of 10-20 inches across a large part of southeast TX and southwest LA.
