I don't see where there is any indication of an unusual level of uncertainty from NHC;
Stationary storms typically are a bit trickier than others but I'd say NHC is reasonably confident that Larry won't go very far in any direction in 5 days.
And, of course, the header is a bit of a misnomer, it's an NHC track that just happens to be displayed on NRL.

Derecho, I know it's NHC -- that's why I said "the NHC is as uncertain as we are." Also, not bashing the NHC -- you're so defensive
And yes, I think the NHC is correct that Larry probably won't go speeding off in ANY direction for a while.
