LOL. That's definitely one of the longest lived overall circulations in a while. That's a sort of unique feature of this year. Even though systems haven't generally gotten that strong, a lot of them have hung around for weeks either as invests or even stuff like Julia that was causing gales just offshore even this week but had been declassified for several days.

Yeah, I'll be curious if they do anything with it. It was not re-declared an invest. But it definitely was a closed low with some pretty gusty winds. I've seen some named storms that weren't as organized looking as this.
I had fun following it. This hot miserable summer, 92L gave me hope and she missed my apartment by 70miles
