Was noticing the rotation today. It still has another day of unfavorable upper level wind shear to go through. After that the shear is forecast to lessen.

Looks like a little tower has formed over a tiny circulation.

I'm looking at 27N 90W. Little spin with T-storms building near the center.

Convection looks pretty good this morning and there appears to be some type of low SE of the convection just west of the keys.

If you look at the visible satellite you can see something starting to come together @ about 92w 27n

Speed it up and you can see the convergence and west / southwest winds

ATL: Ex INVEST 92L - Discussion

#11 Postby cycloneye » Wed Sep 14, 2016 12:49 pm

A weak area of low pressure over the central Gulf of Mexico is
producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Environmental
conditions are not expected to be conducive for significant
development of this low while it moves westward toward the Texas
coast.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...10 percent

Wow I've watching this one too at least two weeks. I remember people in the past saying TX or N. Mexico and that got my attention. I've been bringing up the satellites every day in the morning and evenings almost -removed-. Now I'm sorry I've been hoping and bring some much needed surf. Do any of you think it has the chance to develop and cause wind damage. We could really use the rain in the western part of S. TX? :flag:

92L has not been reactivated so this thread remains open until 92L is active. They may not do it at all.
