Must See TV premieres tonight!

We need an entertainment forum.

Okay, not really...things could get out of hand if there were forums for every little thing -- sports, gardening, entertainment, literature, news, and all the other trivia pursuit categories.

Just wondering -- who else will be tuning in to NBC tonight for the Must See TV season premieres? I'm an ER fan and my best friend loves Friends, so we'll probably settle in and enjoy three hours of mindless entertainment tonight.

I know spoilers for tonight's ER, but I don't think I should ruin it for anyone.

Shawn - tonight's a big night!!!

My oldest daughter, Nina (16) and I are so looking forward to Friends premiering. I've watched that show from day one, minute one. Knew instantly it would be a hit......hubby and I taped it each evening and watched later when the kids were in bed. About 2 or 3 years ago Nina said it was high time I allowed her to watch it. So I relented. She began watching the year Rachel was pregnant. And the questions I got!!!! Okay, let's see Ross is the father, but they're not together? Wait, they're divorced? LOL She knows that show better than I do - having watched reruns every chance she gets.

ER......used to be #1 current show, until everyone left but Carter. When Mark Greene died, the heart and soul of that show died, IMHO. I can see it continuing but it's not at all the same as it once was. I like Luka, he could have possibly risen to Mark Greene status, that is before his character went down the gutter. Carter? Still love Carter, who can't? Wish he'd ditch Abby though.....

My other two family members - hubby and youngest daughter - are huge Survivor fans. We have to have dinner done, dishes going in the DW, dog walked, homework done - all by 8 tonight!!!!

That's one thing I'm still not used to since I moved down (and over) here to the central time zone. I still leave work at 5, but I only have until 7 PM to get settled and ready for primetime. That extra hour makes a big difference. Then again, I get to go to bed an hour earlier.

Carter is cool. Abby bites, and she'll get worse soon. Luka is alright. Kerry and Romano are hilarious when they go at it. I'm in the minority (from what I've read). I like Susan.

Oh yes!! Tonight is a great night here too! I started watching Friends the season that Chandler and Monica got married, and have loved it since! I catch re-runs now and then too. The other show I can't wait to watch is Will and Grace- love it! I stopped watching ER when Mark Greene died- the best part was gone. I don't really watch a whole lot of t.v., but it's kind of a thing for me and my girlfriends to watch Must See TV!

I will definitely be tuning in to "Friends". Have loved it since the first season.
