Just when things were getting better

#1 Postby weatherwunder » Mon Sep 22, 2003 6:03 pm

Well everybody, everything settled down, then I ended up spending a few days in the hospital.

I had a stent put in my heart on Saturday morning, so I am just now feeling up to getting the board.

Hope everyone is doing good.

Well glad to see your up and about. Not sure what a stent is, but hope your recovery goes quickly. :)

Well, it is done with a heart cath, then they put in a piece of vein to fix the area that was blocked.

Thanks for the thoughts.

Welcome back Jeff. I wish you well.

Some extended family members of mine have stents.

Goodness! Marty's brother-in-law has a stent too.

I certainly hope that things will settle down for you now!

Jeff, it's definitely good to see you back!
You'll just have to take it easy,
for a while, which means logging on and
talking with us, when you can - at your
own pace, of course! ;)

Jeff, my Mom had one put in several years ago and felt better right away. She's doing wonderfully and has no problems whatsoever. (By the way, she's 81 and still working!!!!)

I hope you have the same wonderful recovery. Prayers coming your way from the Burgh.
