JTWC Website Offline?

I apologize if this has been posted before, but for more than a week now the JTWC website has been inaccessible for me. Have they moved sites? Or is this a problem on my end (as no one else seems to have this problem)?

http://www.usno.navy.mil/JTWC/ continues to work, just apply the www in the address.
