Tropical Wave in EastCentral Caribbean

Theres an area around 10N 35W that looks interesting but no real model support, could this be like ex97L and sneak under the radar

Just FYI, a long time ago, the CFS had "something" reaching the NE islands by September 2nd, roughly a rainmaker, but just for back to school. I'm keeping an eye on it, just because it has no model support at all.

It might be associated with Pouch 23. The convection was way out ahead of the spin on that one.
