Wobble
I'm running a high-res IR image with 1 deg lat/lon lines so I can monitor it pretty closely. Looks like Isabel has wobbled a bit south in the past few hours. I'd estimate it went from 21.6N to 21.5N. But before that I could see a north wobble. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I think the offical wind velocity for Camille was 190 mph... but can't remember... did hear of gusts to 225... I had a 5 foot tidal surge in my house, I remember that quite well...
Shoot, 160, 190 or 200 mph doesn't matter in the long run... you better have a very well built house with a plethora of hurricane straps and ties.. or forget it...
Camille was not nearly as big as Isabel either... her size with the 160 mph winds would be just if not more destuctive as Camille, especially if it were a slow mover like it is right now... if it were approaching some land mass at the moment it would be devistating to say the least... I think Camille's eye was very small at landfall, maybe 8-10 miles in diameter...
Two tremendous storms to say the least... hopefully this one won't impact land in its present state....
