When will Tropical Cyclone Jerry form?

When will Tropical Cyclone Jerry form? I don't see any waves or potential areas that point to the development of Jerry right now, are there any waves inside Africa? How favourable does the eastern Atlantic look?

Most likely the W. Caribbean, or Bay of Campeche will be the most favorable place of it possibly forming. Maybe as early as the next 1-2 weeks is my guess on when we could see it.

Within the next 10 days in either the Western Caribbean or in the Bay of Campeche.
