EAST-NORTHEAST OF THE NORTHERN LEEWARD ISLANDS...AND ON TROPICAL
DEPRESSION FOURTEEN...LOCATED IN THE FAR EASTERN TROPICAL
ATLANTIC...VERY NEAR THE SOUTHERNMOST CAPE VERDE ISLANDS.
ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
THURSDAY.
