Good Morning All...........

Just got finished watching the morning news, and are local weatherman, here in Raleigh,NC says there is the chance that Isabel may come DANGEROUSLY close to NC. This is the first time I have heard him mention this. Any thoughts????? Thanks.[/b]

Good Morning! I am getting the same feeling from my weatherman. He said Sun. we should REALLY be looking at this real hard. I have not had a good feeling about this from day 1! :(

The Central Fla Weather reports I've seen aren't giving Isabel much airtime. It's a brief mention. They give winds, coordinates and thats about it.

:roll: That sounds like a ridiculous statement for him to make at this time. Sure, it's possible, but it's way too early to be able to tell or to start scaring people. Sounds like he's fishing for ratings. At this point Isabel could end up making landfall (if at all) anywhere between Mexico and Greenland. Of course people living in the Caribbean islands should be keeping a close eye on her at this time.

The local meteorologists here in Orlando are concerned about it, there isn't much they have to say about it.

Although one in particular is explained the ridge over the Atlantic and the trough's timing with the expecting building ridge.
