...Two for the day...

The next five names to be used as: Valerie, William, Alpha, Beta, Gamma

Below are some statistics for the nineteenth named storm of the season since 1950. Additionally, listed are the nineteenth storm from each season since 1851 and a look back to storms named Tony.

*** Please note: The following data encompasses data utilizing today's standard for naming storms. Subtropical storms are included, but depressions aren't. In addition, the dates reflect when a tropical storm reached that status rather than depression status. Adjustments have been made to include unnamed storms where in today's standard it would have been named. Therefore, if an unnamed storm forms before the A-storm, this database would assume the unnamed storm is A, and the real A-storm is B.

After a two-storm September, a five-storm October!

I am not a meteorologist, and any posts made by me are not official forecasts or to be interpreted as being intelligent. These posts are just my opinions and are probably silly opinions.
