Almost none. Too close to land and not enough upper air support. IF it shold move more NE and get out over the Atlantic east of Georgia it could strengthen then, but that's not in the current forecast.

Yea, looks like Debby will be with us for a while. 11pm advisory has Debby approaching 70mph so if shear and dry air let up there is a small chance of Debby becoming a hurricane. Greatest threat are tornadoes and inland flooding. I have all but given up on the westward track.....MGC
