http://www.kake.com/ live coverage in Wichita. Radar looks classic hook signature again just NE of Haysville. May be going through SE Wichita. NWS in Wichita is now taking back over in a few minutes, per Seidel.

KSN: power flashes in Sunset Park; lots of power flashes; loss of power in downtown Wichita; signs down on I-35.

KSN: Canal Route into East Wichita, right through the heart of the city.

Why isn't it a emergancy? I mean I had those when we had violent tornadoes last april why not now in KS?

NORTHWESTERN MCPHERSON...NORTHEASTERN RICE AND SOUTHWESTERN SALINE
COUNTIES UNTIL 1100 PM CDT...

AT 1026 PM CDT...A CONFIRMED TORNADO WAS LOCATED 8 MILES NORTH OF
LITTLE RIVER...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.

HAZARD...DAMAGING TORNADO AND GOLF BALL SIZE HAIL.

SOURCE...WEATHER SPOTTERS CONFIRMED TORNADO. SPOTTERS CONFIRMED
TORNADO NORTH OF LITTLE RIVER.

IMPACT...SIGNIFICANT HOUSE AND BUILDING DAMAGE POSSIBLE. MOBILE HOMES
COMPLETELY DESTROYED IF HIT. SOME TREES UPROOTED OR SNAPPED.
VEHICLES WILL LIKELY BE THROWN BY TORNADIC WINDS.
