I don't think satellites were that great back in Tip's day. I'd think that's more recent, maybe Sepat? I know James likes Sepat!

I do indeed love Sepat but Phoenix got it! Haitang (crab apple) from 2005, made landfall on Taiwan as cat. 3! The first typhoon I experienced.
