Not Rita, and this TWO was about two days before it actually formed. Also, it developed fairly close to the Florida coast.

Okay, considering I've won two, I'll go ahead and post one... This one is probably not too difficult... :)

AT 7 AM EST...1200Z...THE CENTER OF (Storm) WAS LOCATED NEAR
LATITUDE 15.4 NORTH...LONGITUDE 76.7 WEST
....
(Storm) IS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST NEAR 9 MPH...15 KM/HR...AND THIS
MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
