Disturbance near Bermuda (Is invest 96L)

Okay so this is another area I feel could be mentioned in the next TWO. It is connected to the same front that Franklin was born from and it looks like another low is trying to develop near Bermuda. You can see it here east of North Carolina between Franklin and 94L:

850mb vorticity is decent at this time and I think it has a shot to develop.

Funny, I was going to make a thread asking the same thing. Seems like there is a circulation there and I believe it's the same convection that some were talking developing a couple days ago east of Florida.

Well, if they included this one and the thing that separated from 94L, we would have 6 systems in the next TWO. ;)

:eek: The Atlantic is liking this little systems, IMO it should be mentioned in the next TWO if not I guess it will be because the NHC is waiting for persistence.
