Based on that data around 1200Z and likelihood it may have been a bit deeper nearby in the large eye, it is likely the pressure then was about 952mb when the center went over the islands near Okinawa.
That would normally translate in the Atlantic to about 110 kt, and in the Pacific to about 100 kt. However, it was much larger and less convective than usual, so it was certainly quite a bit weaker than that. The 80 kt intensity estimate from JTWC seems correct to me.
