We have had nonstop rain for most of the last 3 days here in Biloxi. Getting pretty soggy. Drought over? I'm surprised this hasn't turned into anything so far.

So looking interesting in SE LA this afternoon. Any comments on whether or not this will make it offshore? Given the condition of the "land" that its over does it matter?

From Saturday thru Sunday evening we received close to 7" of rain here at my house just east of Destin. That was probably more rain in 2 days than we have received in the last 3 months combined!! It was nice for a change!

I don't know how much rain I have received the past three days but I think the drought is over....lots of puddles. Hopefully this low will continue to drift along the coast and give the folks over in west La and Tx some good rains.....MGC

I hope it holds out for you guys to the west of us.According to HamWeather since 12am last night the zip code 39531 received approximatiely 6" HOORAY!!Thats not counting what I heard at WLOX for Sunday I think 1.5"(?)and probably >1" on Saturday. It put a dent but I bet we are still about >10" down from the norm for the last 5 months.

It was a nasty couple of storms up around Florala and Andalusia on Friday and Saturday. Thank the Lord for the rain though :sun: Felt almost like spring today
