Development chances appear a lot closer to 0 than 10% due to some quite high shear across the Gulf. Hopefully, the moisture moves into the northern Gulf coast and brings everyone some rain. The GFS still moves the upper low westward into Texas over the weekend. If we (Houston) can get on the east side of the upper low and if it doesn't move inland too far south, then we could get some rain here.
