SL = Surface Low.
I'm not seeing the storm recently move north, as others have suggested. If you look at radars, the SL is starting its own new radar trends that should affect areas from North Central to West TX & points East & South.
Also, the HRRR seems completely lost right now.
NTXW, I agree with you, but south of there, I believe there will also be major impacts, not yet really discussed by NWS.
