Well at least there is a surface low of 1012 mbs at 13n to keep track of but no deep convection associated to it yet and if I remembert I think this was a system that global models haved been jumping on for days.

Yep, that's the one. Keep in mind that it's over the coolest water in the tropical Atlantic now. I'd also suggest checking out the water vapor loop of that region. This system is bringing a HUGE amount of moisture out into the tropics south of 20N. Say goodbye SAL! Oops! Let some of my bottled-up enthusiasm out there, sorry.
