Just chillax. You've got about 48 hours before you're *POSSIBLY* in the three day cone.
Today fill up your gas tank on all of your family's vehicles all the way. Top them off again on Wed. Tomorrow evening, if you're in the 3-day cone, I'd go do some grocery shopping for non-perishable goods, bottled water, batteries, propane, etc. I'd suggest doing this around midnight.
As for whether or not you need to evacuate will be left up to your local and state government.
Until you find yourself in the three day cone, just chill out some. You're not even in it yet which means we really can't give you any solid answers to your questions. At this point, the only question we can answer is "Do I need to be concerned?". The answer is Yes.
