Basically...Erika will make landfall near Brownsville early Saturday. Still a chance she could become a minimal hurricane.
The wave south of the Cape Verde Islands looks fairly impressive. A chance for development into a depression during the next couple of days.
I had a Tropical Outlook ready but...
