RECCO was unable to close off a circulation center right now ... another craft will be heading in later this afternoon ...
The key is to find low-level cloud signatures for a west to east component. (in other words, west winds on the southern side of the convection)

They do not. A recon plane was just in the area and did not find a low level circulation. Another plane is sceduled to fly this evening and I would not be suprised if they found one.
