Pacific typhoons?

Why does wikipedia claim that there is a tropical depression (other than the one already in the pacific , (TD 4) ) Wikipedia claims that JMA has said there is another tropical depression with unknown winds, I can see it on satellite too. JMA's website however does not list this storm and neither does JTWC. why is this

It's a TD from JMA listed on their marine warning, but not expected to become a tropical storm in the next 24 hours. Therefore the JMA aren't issuing bulletins on it. But it is there.
