Weird Question...

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

If it's a hurricane making landfall on the U.S., or a major hurricane making landfall anywhere I'll be awake.

Major hurricanes that are a threat to land (i.e.- Floyd; Hugo; Andrew) mean several sleepless nights on end...until they get within 200 miles of land, I'll usually take catnaps with an alarm clock to awaken me every 2-3 hours for the latest NHC advisory/ bulletin (and to check the latest recon/ radar/ satellite data)...but once the major hurricane comes within radar range, I'm wide awake...and stay awake until it's well inland.
