The ETA/GFS are insisting a retrogression of the Bermuda High and merger with an area of high pressure building in from the Great Lakes (along with the EC, UKMET, and CANADIAN)...The Canadian is the strongest with this feature. Furthermore, a 500mb low is expected to close-off and retrograde westward and end up in TX in about 48 hours.

Tom, if that though in the Easten U.S. goes away by mid-week, there is
some chances that 91L will move North after it hits Florida if it becomes
a TD as indcatied on Tuesday's recon.

George, the high pressure hasn't even established itself yet, so really can't say a trough will be along the east coast.

I mentioned this in another thread... whatever flow comes out down the road when and if Invest 91L gets into the Gulf of Mexico will be interesting.
