It does appear upper-level conditions in the Central and Western Caribbean will be favorable when this wave enters the Western Caribbean. But model support isn't exactly that great at the moment. If it does develop we are talking maybe 8-10 days from now so plenty of time to adjust the forecast and too early to make one at the moment.
