So how's your mid-life crisis coming along?

#1 Postby coriolis » Wed Mar 03, 2010 8:57 pm

A co-worker noticed that I shaved my beard differently today and remarked about it.

I replied that I have to take my mid-life crisis in small increments because I can't afford beautiful cars and fast women.

He started to correct me: "Don't you mean fast cars and beautiful women?"

I said, "No, most of the beautiful cars are also fast, but not so with the women."

Mine's just fine; I have included regular applications of Grecian Formula 1,951 to my daily regimen, since four years ago I was "brown" but now (if left alone) snow-white.

I'm too young (58) to look like an aerial view of Mount Everest.

Better to look like an aerial view of Mt Everest, than a glowing dome to guide planes to land on the runway

That's just "it". I noticed that, under fluorescent lights at the local store, my hair on top seemed to disappear. THAT was when I decided to take back what I'd lost. :larrow:
