Finally an EPAC cyclone

After a long EPAC lull, we now have a TD

official products available at http://www.nhc.noaa.gov

Still the EPAC has not haved a hurricane formed and this one wont get that far.

Yep, cyc...it looks like we will make it to at least August 8 without an EPAC hurricane, tying (probably breaking) the record for the latest first hurricane forming.
