I'm not sure if it will dissipate after making landfall in Central America, I think it can survive because it will be traversing the less mountainous terrain of Central America and if it moves rather fast the center will be over water before dissipation occurs, besides tropical cyclones over Central America usually have rainbands from the Pacific and the Caribbeaan feeding the center even after landfall.
