oh. so i need to wake up to capture mirinae's whole thing O_O well i feel bit threatened now. it seems that we must brace for both heavy rains and strong winds. i hope this won't cause a luzon wide blackout, just like when milenyo crossed metro manila in 2006.

Yup, since their at the eastern side of the archipelago. My sister-in-law and her two daughters are going to travel by bus for Daet tonight. Still trying to dissuade them since the travel time from Manila to Daet is about 8-10 hours. They're likely to encounter Mirinae along the way, and that's not good...
