Focus is around 12n as models at 00:00 UTC iniciate there

SSD dvorak is at 12.2n-44.2w and the tropical models iniciate at 12.0n-44.1w at NRL site so that is where the organization is taking place but will it fully develop is the question.The grafics tracks of that 00:00 UTC is not out yet but as soon it is available I will post it.

Looks like SHIPS also after 72 hours doesn't like condtions as it weakens it.

Also looks like a definite WNW track for it in comming days as the models suggest and if that is the case it will close in to near Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
