I joined this site a year ago, because I loved to read your guys ramblings/discussion/arguments about tropic cyclones and what you guys think is going to happen to the storm, etc,...and now I find myself wanting to participate, but I have a lacking knowledge of the more 'complex' weather related stuff. Is there a good website I can visit to learn a lot of the basics, so I can at least understand a lot of things going on in a storm as it's developing. Maybe a youtube video? Or a good lesson somewhere. As hurricane season is starting to kick up I think it'd be a great time to learn!
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'd start at the "COMET" web page. Lots and lots of educational modules about all aspects of the weather. You'll need to register, but it's free. Great resource!

Holy Toledo! That far exceeded any expectations I had when I posted my question. I'll be sure to explore it more, already registered, and I know I'll use it. Right now trying to figure out where to start. Thanks for the link.
